Built-in Oven Production Montage Line

Prosimtech Engineering has set a new standard in industrial production efficiency with its Built-in Oven Production Line project, which provides full automation in built-in oven manufacturing.
This system digitally manages every stage of production with conveyor lines, robotic handling and packaging stations, lift modules, guiding mechanisms, and intelligent control software.

Project Description

The project is based on a fully automated conveyor line that covers the entire production process—from the assembly of built-in oven bodies to final packaging.
As the ovens move along the line on custom transport pallets, each operation performed at every station is tracked and verified through an RFID tracking system.
The system operates with roller and chain-driven conveyors, servo-controlled diverters, and elevator lift systemsdesigned for high production capacity.
Thus, the entire process is managed completely automatically, without any manual intervention.

Automation and Robotic Integration

At the end of the line, the robotic packaging station automatically handles the ovens and performs the palletizingprocess.
The KUKA industrial robot used in the system ensures fast and safe movement of ovens with high-precision positioning capability.
The robot area is equipped with protective safety cages and light barriers.
The entire production line is controlled via Siemens S7-1500 PLC and WinCC SCADA systems.
Data communication runs on a Profinet infrastructure, enabling real-time monitoring of production, errors, and downtime.
This structure simplifies production tracking while digitalizing maintenance and analysis processes.

Each station of the line is designed in a modular structure.
Pneumatic guiding systems, servo-controlled rotary tables, and precision sensors ensure smooth and safe movement of products along the line.
This structure delivers maximum performance in terms of maintenance convenience and production continuity.
